Since many will be practicing physical distancing in this period, our three alternatives are as follows:
Book a Virtual Meeting
Our advisers can still have face to face meetings with you via meetings software. We can present documents on the screen to you, as if we are in the same room. We can send you the link to open and action the meeting, even if you are not used to this.
If you prefer, please email us and we will deal with your query, and happily communicate this way. This is preferable to Royal Mail at the moment since we can respond more quickly, unless of course paper documents are required.
What now feels like an age old concept, but with a modern spin to enable us to service your call from our homes so even if the office is closed we are still on the end of the line.
So please do talk to us. As well as staff members working from home we plan to have a skeleton crew in the office to take your enquiries. All team members will be able to take your call from any of our locations, even if we are working from home, and we anticipate being able to continue indefinitely even if we had to close the office.
